Answer : If you are the compere ,what are you going to do?Ss have two chances to show their thumb to show their agreement .Who get the most thumbs can be the compere.The comperes’work: Confirm the principal of every item .Confirm the playbill.Run the show .  设计意图:安排竞选主持人这一活动主要是给学生一个展示自己的机会,通过自我介绍、说顺口溜和回答问题三个简单的环节,由学生做评委选出他们心目中最优秀的做主持人。最后我还给主持人分派了任务,在这里,聚会的情境就已经是一个真实的情境了,学生会有更大的热情运用所学的英语 7. Make an invitation . (活动五:制作邀请函) T show the format of an invitation . The comperes discuss the place and time and any others with Ss . Each one writes an invetation to your teacher or your friend or your parents . Format :设计意图:写邀请函是在前面听、说、读的基础上进行的写的训练,应用文的写作对于学生是最为实用的,但往往严格的格式会使学生难于掌握。邀请函的格式比较自由,采用直接呈现的形式学生反而不会出错。(三)回归生活Step3. Consolidation and extension .(巩固和延伸 1.Write a diary about the farewell party . When you grown up , it will be a good memory for you .(作业一:记下美好的回忆)2.Prepare for the party . (作业二:各斯其职,为聚会作准备)设计意图:课后把最后与同学一起准备聚会的快乐时光写下来,既巩固了本课的学习内容,也是一份美好的回忆。三、  板书设计What can we do for the party?        What can you do for the party?             Draw a show bill .                    sing  dance  play the piano Make an invitation.                    Go shopping  … Design a shopping list.Confirm the compere .Design the playbill .
